Daily QuickBooks exports
QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Rundoo sends daily transaction files, house account statements, and purchase receipts to QuickBooks in your accountant's expected format. Run exports automatically at day end or whenever needed. Avoid re-entry and duplicate account setup. Desktop exports map to your current account structure. Online users connect through the standard accounting export format.

Use your processor with Rundoo
Connected card terminal
Rundoo supports standard countertop card terminals. Once the sale is complete, the total goes to the terminal automatically. No retyping and no separate POS and terminal screens.
Mobile tap to pay
For yard sales and deliveries, use a contactless tablet or phone. The Rundoo yard app supports tap to pay with a compatible mobile card reader.
Log ACH and check payments
House account payments may arrive by check or ACH. Record them against the right balance as they come in, keeping contractor reconciliation clear without card processing.

Keep supplier costs up to date
Supplier cost file import
Import updated supplier price files directly into Rundoo, including files for lumber, plywood, and fasteners. Rundoo matches SKUs or UPCs and updates cost records. Changed items are flagged before retail prices change. Approve, reject, or defer each flag one at a time.
Formats: CSV, XLS, and supplier EDI on request.

Use hardware you likely already own
Receipt printer
Rundoo prints through USB or Ethernet thermal receipt printers. Common hardware store models work out of the box. Print invoices, end-of-day reports, and house account statements through the same driver.
Barcode scanner
Rundoo works with USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners, including 1D and 2D models. Use them for checkout, receiving, and cycle counts.
Cash drawer
Connect a standard RJ11 cash drawer through the receipt printer. It opens automatically for cash sales. End-of-day reports compare the expected total with your count.
Windows and Mac counter stations
Rundoo runs in a modern browser on Windows or Mac, with no dedicated POS hardware required. On a touchscreen monitor, the counter interface supports touch input.
Android and iOS yard tablets
The Rundoo yard app runs on modern Android and iOS tablets. Yard staff can log transfers, check inventory, and confirm deliveries without returning to the counter.
