Rundoo runs on standard Windows or Mac hardware and supports common retail equipment, including USB barcode scanners, standard receipt printers, serial or USB cash drawers, and common card terminals. Most stores already have compatible gear. We send a compatibility checklist before onboarding.

Most stores process transactions within two to three days of signing up. On a guided onboarding call, we help import your SKU list, configure pricing rules, and set up house accounts. Store and Chain include a dedicated onboarding session. Counter customers use self guided setup with email support.

Yes. Rundoo accepts CSV files for product catalogs, supplier costs, and house account lists. Contact us before signing up if you use a specific POS system. We have migration guides for common hardware store platforms and can often pull data from your system export.

Upgrade anytime, with the difference prorated through the rest of your billing period. Downgrades begin with the next billing cycle. Changing plans never deletes or archives your data. Moving to Chain requires a short call to configure multi location settings.

Rundoo's local first mode keeps counter checkout and inventory transactions running through short outages. Transactions queue locally, then sync to the cloud when service returns. We recommend backup LTE for the counter station and can suggest a simple failover setup during onboarding.
